Here at Munchkin Lane we specialize in personalized learning activities. Here are some frequently asked questions:

  •  What if my child's name is misspelled?

If you receive an item and the personalization is different than what you included on your order form, please contact us with a picture of your order and we will ship out a new one right away. 

*Spelling will reflect exactly how it is written when the order is summitted.

  •  What if I want all caps for my child's name?

Orders are printed exactly how they are shown on the order. Just type the name in all caps and we will print it in all caps

  •  What if my child's name is too long?  

Please email support@munchkinlanellc.com and we can accommodate longer names. Only 10 characters max will be allowed on the Toddler Workbooks and Personalized Toddler Books. 

  •   What happens if my package is returned to Munchkin Lane?

If your package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for additional shipping before we can reship the item to you. Email support@munchkinlanellc.com for further help.  

  •   Can I cancel/ change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order please email right away. Due to our fast processing time changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped no changes/ cancels can be made. 

  •    What if I receive a damaged or missing item?

If any items are damaged or missing email us and we will ship out a replacement. For damaged items please include a picture with your email.

  •  Do you have a refund policy?

 We do not accept returns on any personalized items. If the items are not personalized we will issue a refund for the SUBTOTAL when we have received the items. Customers will be responsible to provide shipping for the return.
